First of all, if you want to have as much natural light as you can, you have to think about what is the use of the room.

Think about the fact that the daylight is changing with the weather, throughout the year.
If you leave somewhere, where you don’t have to worry about the light, it will be much easier to transform your room in a natural light décor. But, if you live somewhere, where you have bad winters, than the winter sunlight can make everything in the room to appear flat.

Natural light suggestion:

- use voile or muslin to diffuse light;
- use perforated roller blinds to block out harsh sunlight;
- use hang mirrors, opposite the windows;
- use light reflective surfaces and on the floor use pale colors.
